“211工程”高校图书馆自动化系统的利用情况调研分析

[目的/意义] 随着信息技术的发展和用户需求的不断扩展,国内外图书馆自动化系统面临升级和转型的问题,有必要对国内高校图书馆现有自动化系统的利用情况进行调查,了解系统现状,提出进一步发展建议。[方法/过程] 运用在线咨询、邮件咨询、电话咨询、文献调研等方法,对“211工程”高校图书馆自动化系统的使用情况进行调研,对比分析2003年-2015年“211工程”高校图书馆自动化系统的变化情况,对有重大变化的图书馆所使用的ILAS、HORIZON、汇文、GDLIS、INTERLIB、ALlEPH等系统进行深入调研,分析其在使用过程中存在的问题及优势。[结果/结论] 调查结果显示,118所“211工程”高校图书馆中,用户数排名前五位的自动化系统分别是汇文、ALEPH、GDLIS、MELINETS和INNOPAC,其中国内的系统汇文、GDLIS、INTERLIB和国外的ALEPH近年来用户显著增多,也有部分系统市场占有率下降或被淘汰。     

As We May Think对中国学术影响的引用分析——纪念该文发表70周年

[目的/意义] 时值As, We, May, Think问世70周年之际,期望通过该文被引情况的计量分析,揭示该文对我国相关学科研究的学术影响。[方法/过程] 应用基于内容的引文分析方法,利用CNKI数据库检索As, We, May, Think的引用文献,在简单分析引用文献的年代分布和学科分布后,从引用文献的主题分布、主题分布演化特征来揭示该文的主要学术影响域,从主要来源学科引用文献的具体内容分析来证实该文对相关学科的学术影响范围与深度。[结果/结论] As, We, May, Think对中国的学术影响并未随着时间的推移而衰减,尤其对图书情报领域、计算机领域研究具有极其重要的意义。     

Planning for the Budget-ocalypse: The Evolution of a Serials/ER Cancellation Methodology

The University of North Texas (UNT) Libraries are funded almost entirely by undergraduate student use fees. As the undergraduate enrollment has plateaued in recent years, the libraries have not been able to keep up with rising costs, resulting in a series of cuts to the materials budget totaling around $3.25 million. While some of these cuts took the form of reductions in firm orders and dissolution of approval plans, for the past three years the bulk has come from cancellations of serials and electronic resources. With each year’s cuts, the UNT Collection Development department has been forced to modify and refine their deselection process. This article will show the development of UNT’s strategy for determining cancellations using a variety of methods (overlap analysis, usage statistics, faculty input) and tools (EBSCO Usage Consolidation, Serials Solutions 360).     

Analysis of Financial Literacy Level of Retail Individual Investors of Gujarat State and Its Effect on Investment Decision

This study attempts to assess the financial literacy level of retail individual investors in the state of Gujarat, India and its effect on their investment decision. The data collection instrument consisted of a performance test and questionnaire. The performance test was used to measure the financial literacy level of investors. The median percentage of correct answer of the sample was considered to frame the financial literacy level. Forty-four variables of investment decision were studied. Out of a total of 385 respondents, 39.20% of the respondents are considered investors with a higher level of financial literacy and 60.80% of respondents are considered investors with a relatively lower level of financial literacy. This study found that financial literacy does have a statistically significant effect on the investment decision of investors.     

2008-2013年中外科技期刊载文与引证指标分析

基于2008-2013年Thomson Reuters发布的Journal Citation Reports (JCR)及中国科学技术信息研究所发布的《中国科技期刊引证报告》(CJCR),比较分析中外科技期刊载文量、总被引频次、影响因子、即年指标等各主要文献计量指标的变化.结果显示,我国被SCI收录期刊的数量和影响力指标近年来总体上呈上升态势,但年平均载文量却稍有下降,以中文期刊为主的CJCR收录期刊数量和年平均载文量均呈停滞增长甚至下降的趋势.这可能表明我国科技期刊的稿源竞争力有所下降.     

社会化媒体用户的情感体验与满意度关系——以微博为例

微博等社会媒体正面临用户活跃程度下降,老用户停止使用的困境。以往的信息系统持续使用理论忽略了用户情感的重要作用,因而对微博等信息系统用户持续使用行为的解释力不足。基于此,本文旨在探究微博用户情感体验与用户满意度之间的关系。研究分两个阶段进行:第一阶段采用心理学中的情感测量方法,分析微博用户在使用过程中的情感体验;第二阶段测量在前一阶段中得到的各种情感的强度,通过回归分析验证用户情感与用户满意度之间的关系。研究发现了用户使用微博中体验到的、出现频率最高的16种情感,其中9种正向情感和7种负向情感,正向情感与用户满意度之间存在显著的正向影响关系,微博用户使用经验对正向情感与用户满意度之间的关系有正向调节作用。这对全面理解微博用户的行为规律具有理论意义,对微博平台运营以及微博营销等应用有实际的指导意义。

Preparing for New Degree Plans: Finding the Essential Journal Titles in an Interdisciplinary World

The creation of new degrees at an academic institution often requires additional library resources to provide adequate support. Identifying the needed library materials can be especially difficult for interdisciplinary programs. The process of serials analysis undertaken for new interdisciplinary degrees at the University of Texas at Dallas was explained in this session. The presenter also discussed results and the need for ongoing analysis of serials collections used for academic programs.     

图书馆组织文化评价指标体系优化及其实证分析

图书馆文化是图书馆持续发展的动力源泉,图书馆文化评价是图书馆文化建设的基础。借鉴前期研究成果,通过问卷调查对图书馆文化评价指标体系进行优化,并基于优化后的评价指标体系对兰州大学图书馆等6所图书馆的文化建设现状进行评价。评价结果显示：图书馆文化建设优势表现在用户意识、组织学习、核心价值观等方面,不足则表现在参与程度、创新意识、团队合作、协调一致等方面,最后根据存在的问题简要提出一些针对性建议。
     

解释结构模型在图书采购质量分析及控制中的应用

采用系统工程中解释结构模型法对影响高校图书馆图书采购质量的诸多因素进行分析,通过建立有向图和矩阵运算生成模型,分析各种因素的层级和相互关系,指出图书采购质量的三层影响因素及其之间的相互关系,建立图书采购质量控制影响因素的解释结构模型。根据模型揭示出影响图书采购质量的根源因素、中间因素和表象因素,并针对因素的层级关系提出相应的图书采购质量控制方法,从而促进图书采购质量的提高。
